Failing test case
Concatenating raw string literals in the preprocessor leads to incorrect line
counts that affect diagnostics and debug information. In particular, each
newline in the raw string literal is ultimately counted twice, throwing off the
line number in all subsequent lines. The attached test case showcases the
problem.
