Confirmed. I'll note -fno-tree-dce bugs are not very interesting. This issue
is an artifact of SLP discovery which does not see dead stmts as SLP roots and
so those stmts are now entirely unprocessed. This is why the asserting loop
exists in the first place. But with -fno-tree-dce the assert needs to be
elided.
I'm testing the trivial fix.
