genmatch.cc uses GCC's IR for parsing match.pd, for example by include
libcpp/include/cpplib.h and using CPP_HASHNODE to strcmp TREE_TYPE. genmatch
then outputs to C++ in all stages of bootstrap. But genmatch after stage1
should be able to use GCC's IR, skipping outputting *-match.cc and parsing C++.
This should help reduce compile times a lot.
