With LAST_UPDATED: "Mon Nov 22 22:31:27 UTC 2004" I get: FAIL: objc/execute/load.m compilation, -O3 -fomit-frame-pointer
With the message in the .log being: collect2: ld terminated with signal 11 [Segmentation fault] Last known to work on: "Mon Nov 22 18:29:28 UTC 2004". Yes this *is* a binutils bug (unless of course it's because ld is miscompiled with the system compiler). I just want it noted for simplicity in the gcc bugzilla together with all other gcc FAILs, so all FAILs are searchable here. There were no applicable binutils updates in this time-frame; changes in gcc supposedly trigged the bug. -- Summary: mmix-knuth-mmixware testsuite failure: Product: gcc Version: 4.0.0 Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: P3 Component: target AssignedTo: unassigned at gcc dot gnu dot org ReportedBy: hp at gcc dot gnu dot org CC: gcc-bugs at gcc dot gnu dot org GCC host triplet: i686-pc-linux-gnu GCC target triplet: mmix-knuth-mmixware http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=18619
