I get a similar failure building trunk on x86_64 openbsd (cfarm220):
out of memory allocating 5011 bytes after a total of 18446744063157941051 bytes
That seems to happen when gen-automata is run. I also get:
gmake[2]: *** [Makefile:2851: s-automata] Error 1
Besides that clang 19 die with a out of memory error when compiling
gimple-match-3.cc.
