And the problem is that:
TESTS_ENVIRONMENT = LD_LIBRARY_PATH=../../$(MULTIBUILDTOP)gcc
only sets LD_LIBRARY_PATH instead of that and DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH but that rule
is not quiet right
anyways see PR 11412.
