See http://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=106985 for a 3.4 testcase that used to work with GCC 3.3.4, but fails with 3.4 branch as of a month ago or from today when compiled with -O -fomit-frame-pointer -m32 -march=i386.
