Obviously, it is required to do so.
The test is invalid.
You can e.g. use std::declare_static_array(annotations_of(^^c::c1))
instead of annotations_of(^^c::c1) (or
[:std::meta::reflect_constant_array(annotations_of(^^c::c1)):]) etc., see
