Oh, winnt.cc explains:

  /* We cannot support DRAP with SEH.  We turned off support for it by
     re-defining MAX_STACK_ALIGNMENT when SEH is enabled.  */
  gcc_assert (!stack_realign_drap);

So, there is really very little we can do here...
