I can confirm this is fixed now. I assume because of PR122867.
I can build with LTO (--with-build-config=bootstrap-lto) successfully, but I
get an ICE with --with-build-config=bootstrap-lto-lean. Maybe it's PR122456 but
I have to check (I'll either comment there or open a new bugzilla).
