There is -ftrapping-math and -fsignaling-nans, however GCC still generates
incorrect code for isinf/isnan/isnormal etc. These have to avoid floating point
comparisons. I recently implemented this on AArch64 since Tamar's original work
to fix this in the mid-end was not accepted.
