Revised preliminary patch, resolution incomplete
Here is my latest wiggles on this one. Due to limitations I am going to have
to unassign this one. Hopefully someone else can finish this soon. I moved the
shadow marjer inside the iterator annotation structure as this made more sense
to me. My understanding of the standard, the iterators variable should be
treated uniquely within the DO CONCURRENT block and not modify any variable
with the same name outside of the block. I hope someone else can finish this.
