Forgot to add Andrew to this a while back.  Andrew, note c#5.  The comment is a
couple months old, but I'm still seeing it on the trunk as of this morning.

Compile the attached testcase with a riscv64-elf cross compiler using:

-march=rv64gcv_zvl512b -mrvv-vector-bits=zvl -mrvv-max-lmul=dynamic -O3
-mabi=lp64d
