Taking.  Plan is to verify the widening shifts elsewhere in vector-crypto.md
don't suffer from related problems.  Assuming they don't then I'll spin Robin's
patch for testing purposes and take appropriate action.

Given the wrong LMUL, this is codegen and likely needs fixing in 15 as well.
