Here's what I get with GCC 11.4:

2025 -- WEDNESDAY
2020 -- WEDNESDAY
2019 -- TUESDAY
2018 -- MONDAY
2017 -- SUNDAY

But I'm in Paris' timezone and I presume that you are not.  When you're using
Ada.Calendar.Formatting, you need to specify the Time_Zone.
