This should not be hard to fix.
The fix for this is the following:
in warn_dealloc_offset (in gimple-ssa-warn-access.cc), a check for 3 arguments
(or more?) passed to the operator delete.
Check if the second argument is of type std::destroying_delete_t .
If so don't warn for any case.
