Generally speaking, yes, configuration bits for the Ada compiler are welcome
for the mainline (trunk) sources, but we are effectively in a freeze mode for
them until the big cleanup that is discussed under PR ada/114065 is done, very
likely a matter of weeks.  So you'd have to wait until it is done and then
adjust the OpenBSD specific bits to it before submitting them.
