The ICE started with r14-324-g6e6f86f22873aa which added the verification. But
the IR has been broken since GCC 7 but it was ICE between GCC 4.7.0 and 6.5.0.
GCC 4.7.0 was the first GCC which included openmp support.

I suspect this is all undefined anyways ...
