Not really:
<source>:1: confused by earlier errors, bailing out
GCC 14 and 15 also ICEs but it is hidden due to previous error message and the
release compilers use --enable-checking=release while the trunk is compiled
with --enable-checking=yes.
If anything it is a regression from GCC 13.
