I changed the status from `RESOLVED` to `UNCONFIRMED`, because the error
message is still misleading.  -2147483648 is certainly not too big for the
storage size of 4 bytes.  If `gfortran` is unable to represent it as a literal
(while other compilers seemingly can), it is a completely different matter and
is an implementation detail of the compiler, so the error message should be
changed.
