I am still seeing a 7% decrease between GCC 14 and 15 on 523.xalancbmk_r on
aarch64; this is -Ofast -flto. This is on a Qualcomm's Oryon-1 processor.

Also GCC 15 is behind LLVM 20 by 15%.
