Resolved via commit r15-9470-gfe283dba774be57b705a7a871b000d2894d2e553 "GCN,
nvptx: Support '-mfake-exceptions', and use it for offloading compilation
[PR118794]", and for nvptx offloading additionally commit
r15-8719-g65b31b3fff2fced015ded1026733605f34053796 "nvptx: In offloading
compilation, special-case certain host-setup symbol aliases [PR101544]".
