On macos 15.3.1 (I'll make another comment down if 15.4 is no different), where
uname -r says 24.3.0
configure says:
*** Configuration aarch64-apple-darwin24.3.0 not supported
configuring with ./configure --with-gmp=/opt/homebrew/Cellar/gmp/6.3.0
--with-mpfr=/opt/homebrew/Cellar/mpfr/4.2.2
--with-mpc=/opt/homebrew/Cellar/libmpc/1.3.1
