I have no preprocessed source at the moment, just forwarding the issue as
OpenBLAS folks appear lazy. The solution on the OpenBLAS side was to revert
this change for power8, but it seems to be a latent miscompilation.
Note when testing OpenBLAS it will perform a CPU dispatch so you need to test
on actual power8 hardware to reproduce the failure.
