I can see how the current behavior is not very useful. -fstop-after-error=N
might have been the better option name which then would be also clear what
to implement.
With diagnostic groups PR97687 could be also fixed btw., but of course
requires them to be actually used.
So, confirmed. IMO we should change the implementation.
