r14-2786-gade30fad6669e5 seems to have lost !TARGET_MMX_WITH_SSE for
mmx_floatv2siv2sf2 (the alternative used to have mmx_isa set to native which
did an implict check for !TARGET_MMX_WITH_SSE).
