Note the patch is missing the final '=':
+-param=cycle-accurate-model
resulting in:
$ x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-gcc testcase.c --param=cycle-accurate-model=0
x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-gcc: error: argument to '--param=cycle-accurate-model'
should be a non-negative integer
