--- Comment #7 from Andrew Pinski <pinskia at gcc dot gnu.org> --- The warning was changed to an error by default for GCC 14 (in the C front-end) but the code itself has not changed for 13 years and has been broken. Even though it might not had made a big difference but it was still broken those years ago.
