Although GCC 14 is fine with the first attachment, I am still seeing problems
when I compile the second one (attachment 55337) with gcc (GCC) 14.2.1 20240912
(Red Hat 14.2.1-3) on x86-64. I still see the same false positive that I
reported in Comment 1.
