I've noticed that we're still publishing stale Sphinx-generated web pages, such
as
<https://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gcc/gcc-command-options/c%252B%252B-modules.html>.
We should clean this up; these are stale, and in particular as Google etc.
seem to be presenting these to users still.
