Confirmed. Here is a testcase without `_Complex long`:
```
long x[2];

int
foo (int c)
{
  long x0 = x[0], x1 = x[1];
  int t = x0 != 0 | x1 != 0;
  c *= t;
  return c;
}
```

There seems like an interaction between the `vector!=0` comparison vs COND_EXPR
expansion.

```
  _2 = vect_x0_4.5_9 != { 0, 0 };
  c_8 = _2 ? c_7(D) : 0;
```
