Which I think comes from SRA which comes from the struct names of base class
(which are not named) in C++ cases.
Specifically make_fancy_decl_name in tree-sra.cc:
sprintf (buffer, "D%u", DECL_UID (decl));
obstack_grow (&name_obstack, buffer, strlen (buffer));
If so this should most likely just turned into:
obstack_grow (&name_obstack, "__D", 3);
or something like that.
