I suspect r14-1832-g710b8dec61a73c as GCC 13 didn't use ABD but the trunk is
now using it and there seems to be missing a VCE from `vector(16) unsigned
char` to `vector(16) signed char` before the MIN_EXPR too.

Confirmed.
