With only enabling early PTA via -fdisable-tree-alias -fdisable-tree-pre I
got the compile finished in 18 minutes and

 tree PTA                           :1044.48 ( 98%)   1.53 ( 27%)1046.29 ( 97%)
 4341k (  0%)
