Confirmed.

The problem is:
  if (INTVAL (operands[3]) == 2 && !<mask_applied>)
    return "vblendps\t{$240, %2, %1, %0|%0, %1, %2, 240}";


vblendps only supports up to %ymm15 ...

The error message is not so good though.
