autofdo is not well supported and fixes for it only made it into GCC 12 and not
GCC 10.x.
Please try GCC 12.x or newer and report back.
Also since you are using a redhat supplied GCC, you should have reported it to
them as mentioned in the message that outputs:

with preprocessed source if appropriate.
