New patch including -nostdlib next to -r
Tested this in cross-compile from Debian (building the cross-compiler itself as
well) and native-compile from Windows in MSYS2.
Didn't try building with earlier gcc version myself because OP reported that
the fix worked for them using gcc 7.3
