This is now fixed on mainline. The output of the original testcase is the same
as ifort and nearly the same as nagfor. All the final calls are in the same
places, but the numerical output is sometimes different, where gfortran shows

I am closing this as fixed. Certainly the segfault has gone. I will look to
backport to 12-branch in a few weeks.
