I am using mingw compiler 11.2.0, installed with choco.
When I am trying to build glslang version 1.3.204.0, it fails with following
error:

internal error in mingw32_gt_pch_use_address, at
config/i386/host-mingw32.c:192: MapViewOfFileEx: Attempt to access invalid
address.
