I just ran "make check-gnat" with
/Volumes/Miscellaneous1/x86_64/gcc/gcc/gnatmake version 12.0.1 20220311
(experimental) (x86_64-apple-darwin21), with only two fails:

   FAIL: gnat.dg/bias1.adb scan-assembler DW_AT_GNU_bias
   FAIL: gnat.dg/debug18.adb scan-assembler-not DW_AT_lower_bound

so I think we can close this.
