I tested this bug out again on git-sha commit
e87789f197e47259c94349821d3446f7d959e08f (HEAD -> master, gcc/trunk, gcc/master
./gcc/cc1plus test.cc -fdump-tree-original -fdump-tree-gimple -fno-checking
-Warray-bounds -O3
Seems to be working for me.
