PowerPC r7-5136
s390/s390x r0-117675
i?86/x86_64 r0-103202
I think those are the ones which matter the most here and the ones which
support ifunc even.
Closing as fixed for GCC 8 (RSICV support for ifunc did not come into binutils
until much later but I am ok marking this as fixed for GCC 8 really).
