I see a similar bootstrap failure that's with:
../configure --enable-languages=c,c++,lto --prefix=/home/marxin/bin/gcc
--disable-multilib --without-isl --disable-libsanitizer
--with-build-config=bootstrap-lto-lean && make profiledbootstrap
'STAGE1_CFLAGS=-g -O2'
