Normally libgfortran is built with the just built compiler (so it would be
compiled with ..../gcc/xgcc -B ..../gcc/ , ..../gcc/gfortran -B ..../gcc/
etc.),
that is clearly not the case for you, so the Yocto build system is doing
something wrong.
