The wiki says
Next insert a symbolic to the Newlib source's "newlib" directory into the
directory containing the gcc sources. The Newlib version needs to be
contemporaeous with GCC, at least until the ABI is finalized. Then build GCC
and Newlib together, as follows:
ln -s $newlibsrc/newlib ../newlib
It is not clear what is this Newlib. nvptx-newlib? or amdgcn-newlib? Where is
it? What is $newlibsrc?
