Actually it seems to me that the code is only right with -fsanitize=undefined,
it has to abort.
We replace -v/11u by v/-11u because in fold-const.c we check:
      if ((!INTEGRAL_TYPE_P (type) || TYPE_OVERFLOW_UNDEFINED (type))
instead of ANY_INTEGRAL_TYPE_P for instance.
