--- Comment #4 from Tobias Burnus <burnus at gcc dot gnu.org> --- Looking at the .gdk files, the difference is (only) in the ;; Function lines where funcdef_no=9263, cgraph_uid=3950, symbol_order=5009 differ in their numeric value. (As it depends on this odd library patch and on passing the full path instead of a relative path, it points to some indirect effect.)
