As I mentioned elsewhere several times already, I'd suggest to keep SPE-related
PRs open for another cycle in the hope that Andrew would eventually manage to
revive the port during 2019, and close them during GCC 10's stage 4 otherwise.
But it's merely a user's suggestion, and it's up to developers to decide what
to do with all these PRs containing spe, e500, and 854[08] in their Target and
Summary fields.
