So it somehow went latent...
Note that I cannot reproduce this on a KNL system with GCC 7, binutils 2.26.1,
kernel 4.4 and glibc 2.22.
The backtrace you quote suggests the segfault happens in libgfortran or glibc
during the print stmt.
More details are needed here.
