Take:
int PolyMod(int s);
void CreateChecksum(int isTestNet, int *mod, int *t) {
    if (isTestNet == 0) {
        *t += 1;
        *mod = (5);
    } else {
        *mod = (9);
    }
}

Cstore does not work here and commonize the store to mod.
